Uninstalled and all is well. As soon as I opened the program and saw the option to Limit Upload, I went BINGO. All they had to do was ask! I would have capped it at maybe 20 kb/s (out of maybe 60 available) and let it run for a few months to help out. And I'm sure it's mentioned somewhere in the ToS? I sure would hope so. If they would have had the program test my upload speed, and automatically cap to half of the available upstream, they might have gotten away with it too. And I do believe it is for the purposes the poster stated to secretly use people and save money. It's sort of automatic to assume the problem must be from the ISP or a neighbors PC. I was too confident in myself, to examine what was being ran on MY machine because I haven't gotten anything malicious in many years.
